stupid question but I have not been selling for last 6-8 weeks and just listed some thing. I was wondering if printing shipping labels through Paypal is as smooth as ever does it look different or is there bugs with the recently new changed mail rates?
Would like to know before I get to PP to print my labels and come up against a brick wall if any. Thanks in advance.

Printing label is the same, what changed are the rates and the information you need to provide, for example,if you are shipping USPS priority ,you have to enter the size of the box .

Right on PITA - I am switching to UPS. Just a pain figuring it all out. I have used USPS for 7 years and its like starting all over again.

I cant afford UPS so I am stuck with USPS.
I wont be surprised UPS and Fed Exp would be raising rate soon.
A few things in life are still cheap and good, and USPS is one of them.(sad but true).
They come to my house to pick up the packages free with a smile, their rates are still cheaper than the private carriers and I am addicted to their boxes and labels.
I can get high just sniffing on the glue .

Crazy as it may sound some things are cheaper now with the new rates. Insurance for $100 and $200. And easier, you can use priority boxes for international shipping.

The biggest PITA is dimensional shipping, I had a box, weighed the same, but becasue the size of the box was bigger, it cost more to ship to Arizona than to Australia!! Not the same stuff in the boxes, but the one to Arizona weighed less, but was bulky so needed a bigger box, go figure.
