I sold some boots and the buyer emailed me that they were too big and could I offer them to the second bidder. I have done this so now does EBay automatically refund my FVF or do I have to file a NPB to get it?
thanks - it has been awhile

Think you have to file a NPB for it and then wait 8 days. 2nd chance offers frequently involve items that the seller has more than one of. You pay no listing fee ofcourse but ebay collects the FVF.

You can file the unpaid but the mutual agreed upon where you will be able to get your fvf's back. the buyer should follow through so you can get the fees back. then offer the 2nd chance bidder.
