Is this art nouveu? this is only 1 3/4 inches long, ther is a small mark on the back which i thing it is 129 sorry that i cant give a better pic not sur if this is sliver or not tia for any information

I think it does have an art-nouveau look to it. There's a category in 'jewelry' for that---take a look. It may not be old, but it has that feel.

Yes Art Nouveau. It looks sterling to me but that hard to tell from a photo. Looks like a bear in the mark - can you make that out? It could tell you the maker or at least the country. It may also help date it.
