You know, it's been a while since I've seen some good finds. It always does my heart good to hear of other people's good fortune...
My latest story, I went to the announcement of which city would be bidding for the 2016 games in Los Angeles. I was able to pick up 4 pins and T-Shirts. I sold 2 of the pins for about $60. I am going to sit on the rest of the stuff until we are a bit closer to 2016.
Best part was my daughter was on the cover of USA today.

I found some antique and vintage Christmas items for $50 - I sold them all this week for almost $450.
I too love to hear about what treasures others find. I think sometimes it's just a matter of knowledge.

I hit another one yesterday. I found a 1964 Kenyan Olympic Team pin, I was able to get it for $92... More than I would usually pay. Best current offer is $150 plus some pins to sell.

I collect postcard stores on postcards and found this card of a trained chicken postcard dispenser listed on 20 cent listing day. I was outbid but was thrilled to get it via second chance offer.
