I have received a bunch of TKO notices this month (still can count them on two hands - but I NEVER used to get them)- but nothing compared the nightmare some people are experiencing.

How interesting! Thanks for posting. I like his suggestions for how eBay could improve things.

Wow. I had no idea that the TKO buyer email was so poorly worded. If I were just a buyer (and unfamiliar with the crazy way eBay does some things) and read "due to privacy concerns, we cannot disclose the exact reason the listing itself was ended" in an email I think I would most likely suspect the seller of doing something wrong.

Having to fight for your fees is not right either.
