For the last week Feebay has been threatening me with suspension because they say I haven't paid my selling invoice. Well I have and it shows under my account. I even spoke to Kevin on Saturday and we straightened out, but now can't figure out how to get to that point and speak to someone again on a one on one basis. Help me out, please

that what I had on Sat morn with Kevin and he said it was straightened out and they had my credit card. Now I can't figure out how to get on live chat again.

Top of home page right side near the big words HELP, You will see live chat. Click on that and you should be able to live chat with someone

Call eBay again.

There should be a Live Help button on the far top right the eBay Homepage. (they make it impossible to find in the Help section)

you have to be signed in to see the Live Help button btw.....

Go to Live HELP and ask for billing's phone number. My payments weren't credited in the summary but were in the detail report. It took billing's assurance and a week's wait before my summary matched the detail.

Sign in to eBay Canada http://www.ebay.ca/

You should find the Live Help button there.

pixia - that is the problem, I can't find Live Help
I will try the Canada website
this is a lousy time of year to cut me off
I have quite a few collectible listed

Live help is on my ebay homepage, it is right under the java technology and powered by Sun.

This is where you find "Live Help" on the "Home" page - can you still sign in?

Thanks everybody for your help
Last night I got an invoice saying I owed them $132.00. This morning I got an invoice saying my payment of 157.00 was posted. Hope I don't get anymore threatening emails about suspension. Most of them were automatics but the last one seemed from a real person.
