I think it's OK to have a web address..as long as it's not in the title. I could be wrong...

Thanks for the link - An example from eBay's Fee Circumvention policy:

Outside-of-eBay Offer - Offering the opportunity through eBay to purchase the item or other merchandise outside-of-eBay. The eBay item page may not refer to or promote the seller's individual Web site (including home page URLs which directly or indirectly promote an outside-of-eBay website), sales outside of eBay, or other businesses.

H-e-l-l-o?

This isn't just fee avoidance; it's a signpost (advertisement) listing, which is strictly verboten.

They are advertising their store by way of offering a "postcard". Who knows, they might actually have had these postcards made up and are planning on offering them one after another, thus keeping their ad alive indefinitely.

You know what to do.

Wow,

That's so clever that I can't report them. I say, screw ebay and leave it there.

I take it you don't sell vintage boats, Stonecold.

Vintage boats. Are those the ones that sink when you launch them?

In my area folks are now going crazy with shipping to avoid fees. This guy just moved almost all of his ads to 99 cents with $12.95 shipping.

Here is an example:

Not too clever.
