Need some advice. The computer went into a coma and took everything to Paradise.
Now have a new HP but my original HP scan-jet 4200c.
Have the software for HP Precision Scan which would send the scan to EZ Photo with the old computer.
EZ Photo would re-size, lighten or darken, flip and crop.
Now I can't find EZ Photo.
I have tried Adobe Photoshop Elements and cannot get it to resize to scale.
Also have HP Photostop and same problem.
Tried sending to Microsoft Outlook or something that has a program for scans, but still no luck.
Tried to upload one photo but Vendio said too big. Tried zoomstream, still too big.
We have been on eBay since 1998 but can't seem to learn "new tricks". . .
Also used to have a JPEG cruncher, but don't remember the name of it.
Thanks for any assistance.

I am pretty sure you can resize in Photoshop elements but I couldn't tell you how! I use IRFAN view (free download) and resizing there is done under the "image" tab (dimensions) and you can condense when you save the image (sliding % bar).

I just checked Elements and you can resize under the "Image" tab at the top.
