This is maddening: our company always offers Get It Fast, Express Ship items; we always list the ebay section refund policy--none of this can be set up ahead of time in Vendio. This is forcing us to build our items in Vendio but send all to our store so we can then switch over to ebay and find them and revise everything immediately---if we had the option, we'd dump vendio, but can't because of 118 mgbytes of photos store here for auc building.
And now we find that our USA insurance option at $1.50 is being applied to Internationals! We lose enough money; we did NOT choose to offer insurance to Internationals, but suddenly, we find over 3,000 ebay items offering it for the same USA prices---it actually would have to start at $1.85. Can't these services ever coordinate options?
Is there a formal way to complain to Vendio about any of this?

So sorry you are going through this. At this time last year Vendio did not correctly map to eBay's API and cost me thousands in lost revenue and time to correct the errors. Vendio did credit me $10.00 for the inconvence.

Hi: thanks for your "condolences" but you know, this must affect a lot of sellers---you ALL better check your insurance option...if you haven't chosen international insurance in the past but you DID offer USA insurance, since ebay changed it's revision page formats, you'll now find that your USA rates also apply to International unless you go in and change everything manually.
I would imagine not all use the express and refund option we like to use, so I think the insurance one would be the option to look at.
Ebay actually caused this--if I sold all items to internationals who wanted insurance, we're talking a $478 error committed by ebay against our ebay store. And on top of that, it's not bulk fixable.
It seems like every 6 months, we have to go in and manually fix everything from some new piece of "progress" committed by ebay.
