There's probably a simple answer to this, that everyone here knows--but I don't.
This weekend I have three college yearbooks to list. In a case like this, I always tell viewers of my auctions to look at the other, similar items I have up for sale.
I'm pretty sure these three yearbooks, three consecutive years in the '50s, would be of interest to a buyer of any one of them.
Can I/should I include pictures of the other two yearbooks for sale in each of these three auctions? Is this legal? Smart?
I realize the buyer may be confused by that and think he's getting all three, but surely I could make it clear enough. . . .

I haven't tried this webpage yet but it looks promising. Maybe you could try something like a gallery....

Ewora: I already have the Vendio gallery. What I'm talking about is just pulling up pictures of the other two yearbooks for sale into each of the three auction descriptions.

Well...you could put links to your other auctions in the listing but I might not put in the photos...that might be confusing.

Hi I just listed several pieces of Mexican sterling. I put a picture of them all in every auction. Explaining that these were the other sterling pieces that I have for sale. I had a couple re lists. I had to remember to take the group picture down. Hope this helps. When all else fails go the live help.

Thanks! I realize now that I HAVE seen other items listed in auctions I was looking at, so I guess it's okay. I think I'll try this now with the three yearbook auctions starting tomorrow night.
And, yes, relisting is a pain sometimes, having to take out part of the description about items that have already sold.
I guess it's a good thing, huh, that buyers don't read descriptions?! ;D

Good luck with the yearbooks, I have had very nice sales before, it just depends on who sees the auction and who is in the yearbook.

Roadsmith.. just a thought. Can you add another image of all three and then, in an outstanding color, print some message on the other two year books as "Two more at auction now". Or something else brief but to the point. Don't see how this would be a violation as you will also have the book at auction in the image.

You could put in a photo of all three together and make it your last photo in each auction and say it your description that the last photo shows all three that are listed but this auction is for the XXX only. I've done this many times and never had a problem
