If I want to add my online store logo here and have you be able to click on it to go to my store, how would I do that here on Vendio? What would the correct coding for that be?

Thanks.

This is a test answer. I have no idea if it is going to work
OK, so it is not working. I thought maybe you could take your ebay sigy and just paste it over here. I know neglus has one, so maybe she'll give us the code in a bit.

I couldn't figure out how to make it clickable since board doeesn't use HTML - I just added the logo img location to my sig line and put the link to my store after it.

That won't work Beth because that's HTML and Vendio uses something else (forget what it is) for the board (that's why you have to use the brackets to post images and urls)
Your image reference on siggie line would look like this (without the $ signs)
[$img]YOUR IMAGE URL HERE[$/img]
and then follow it with a link to your site:
[$url]YOUR URL HERE[$/url]

This forum uses UBB code, which does not support creating a clickable image link.

Thanks, that worked. Cheryl, just in case you forgot, you put the text in the box that is accessible from My account and then Personal info. Cool, thanks neglus.

Fluffy, were you a university professor at one time? You are like a business school wrapped up in one person.

Thanks all. Will get to work on it.

Fluffy - Now I seem to remember someone bringing that up a long time ago. May have been you. Thanks.

No. I am an autodidact, not the sort of thing most universities want hanging around their campuses.

Okay, fluffy, I had to look that one up and I'm not ashamed to admit it. LOL!

Autodidact - a person who has learned a subject without the benefit of a teacher or formal education; a self-taught person. (dictionary.com)

So what's wrong with saying one is "self taught"?

Time to refresh my sig line now that everyone is getting fancy!

Ed to add: I think Google picks up posts on the EO and I may be wrong, but I think that using a link to your website/store is picked up as an inbound link for SEO.

Can't decide which to use:

I like them both.
I like the one in your store that says: Chez Neglus, but you can't see those little words on the top sig.

LOL YOU NOTICED the "Chez Neglus"!! I had to cover some wording in the image I purloined from an old photo album we have (it was a French Cafe before reincarnation as a postcard store)and I got a little carried away.

Neglus, I like the top one better too. It gives more information about what you do.

I too spent a lot of time trying to get my image clickable on my old ID, and it just isn't possible here.

Neg I like them both I am sure you would have a purpose for the more square one but most sites that let you upload logo images want them rectangular in shape mostly or what I have run across. But I like the old car maybe you can switch the shape of it but probably loose being able to see it better.

Made mine today for my new store I am tinkering with and can't come up with much to say on it as yet. At least you are into one type of item unlike me doing a bit of most anything.
