Hello!
Need help before I "attempt" to phone paypal and ruin half my day.
I shipped three packages on three separate occasions to someone through paypal using "Ship Another". The third package came BACK TO ME after two weeks because I was 60 cents short, so I brought it back to the PO gave them the 60 cents and told the to shove it! (joking about the shove it part) So I re-shipped the 3rd package. Three weeks later - it never arrived! This package was a gift, so, they (I don’t believe) are not lying. No doubt it was shipped and re-shipped, I can’t forget that one.
Problem is that I cannot locate the 2nd or 3rd shipment through the paypay shipping system for tracking, only her first package. Any clues how to find those "Ship Another" tracking number shipments?? I thought they would all show, am I overlooking something?

the last two items were not ebay items so I can't check that way. I went through the history for shipping, BUT, only the 1st one shows. This is a mystery. Is it paypal or the USPS that would be able to help? I would think it's a paypal issue. How did ebay and paypal team up with the USPS GOV? That's another post..
I might call paypal later if I can't figure it out..

You should be able to go into your paypal account and look for payments to USPS on those dates when you shipped packages two and three, since presumably you paid through PayPal, and see the details of those transactions. That should give you at least a delivery confirmation number, or whatever you opted for -- insurance/signature, etc.
