Seems I am remembering something that might have changed OR it's oldheimers

There was a change to NPB alerts where you didn't have to wait the 7 days to file. IF so, where is it?

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I do know that if the bidder responds to the UID, then you can close it and receive your FVF without waiting for 7 days. You can find out on your dispute console if your eligible sooner.

Thanks Diane, I just tried to file it again and I was notified that I had to wait 7 days to file a UID. Oh well.
