Mike I just subscribed to the Information Avenue newsletter with my gmail account and added + info-ave to the addy I subscribed with and yep it came right to my gmail account that I download into outlook express so no having to log into gmail to read mails. IT WORKED!
Nice idea now to see if I get any spam. LOL But I think that web site is pretty reliable not to hand out your email to anyone, will see though. Was subscribed to them years ago and didn't get spam that i know of. LOL key word there know of.... Nice tips there especially for anyone out there that is sort of computer ill-iterate LOL on the spelling.
I am going to find some other site to subscribe to and do it with my MSN email account and see if I get a response will post if it worked.

I tried it with Yahoo, NetZero and my Vendio Squirrelmail email address's and it did not work. Looks like it's a gmail only thing. Oh well, it was worth a shot.

Mike I tried MSN and hotmail no cigar with either. didn't think so but tried. I sure like the gmail doing it now I can use that account to sign up so far no spam there but their filters are pretty good or am I thinking of yahoo. LOL oh well. I can get another 43 gmail accounts if I want cause that is how many invitations I have left to send out to anyone wanting a gmail account. I don't even know if you still have to have an invitation to get one or not now probably not. That is me not read up on my options har har har.

Did you put the plus sign + and name beside your user name before the dot com? no spaces. Been working for me so far, what site did you try it on and it not work?
