I had opened a Pro Store on a Free trial and now I can't get rid of it. I have notifyed ProStores 3 times I wanted it cancelled. E-Bay sent me an invoice and took the money out of my bank account. I went to E-Bay live last night,they said they would refund the money. E-Bay sends me another invoice this morning and is going to pull the money out of my account again. How in the hell do I close this damn store and quit getting charged for it.

I think I finally got this resolved, I have been on the phone for over an hour. I learned this Pro Stores thing works like the AOL accounts. You just can't cancel it. They tell you they never got any e-mails from you. They just keep billing you and refuse to close your store. This is a E-Bay scam you don't want to get involved with. When I got on E-Bay live this morning,I was told this wasn't part of E-Bay and I would have to deal with Pro Stores themselves.

Call your bank and put a block on Pro Stores taking money out of your account. That will fix the problem in a heart beat.
