Hi Guys, Does anyone use the Vendio Sales Archive to track sales or for end of year taxes? I think it would be very handy (I usually use weekly sheets for ended auctions and add them up manually at the end of the year to calculate my sales). I think this download would be easier; however, I noticed that it also includes closing price totals for auctions that ended but had no bids. Therefore, it adds ALL auctions totals, whether item sold or not.
Is there a way to filter out the "Sold Only" auctions from the "Unsold" items - other than simply finding and deleting those lines in Excel? I haven't used Excel for years, and have never used Vendio's archives before, but I'm sure some of you experts have some ideas.

I use my vendio bill. I am on a plan that I pay just for sold items, not listing them. So I download my bill, separate my ebay from my vendio store and then add in the expenses. Pretty quick to do.

I don't use the archive as all the information is in the "Summary" under post sales. It's sold items only but you could pull it up by all closed items and get sold and unsold.
Also I use Ebay Sales Reports which give the fees for paypal and ebay. It's free but they keep canceling it on me so that not too dependable

When your on the download page where you select the dates you want to download there is a selection there that says type. You can choose to download sold or unsold or all.

Ewora, you're right! Never thought to investigate that option. Thanks for pointing out something that was right in front of me.
