Trying to identify this porcelain tray. It is really lovely, but can't find the mark on Gotheborg or anywhere else, so far. I am cross-eyed from looking. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry, haven't posted images before.

Thanks very much for the picture help. Gotta file that away for future reference.

My Mavica is on its last legs. It is the first model they came out with. The flash is so strong, it probably can be seen from outer space. Just took quick pics without fussing with lighting to post this. Looking for a newer model.

Do you have a flat bed scanner. That would work perfectly.

Hi Paloma, Don't have a scanner anymore as it won't work for most of the things I sell. Most of my pictures come out much better than this, but it takes some work to get them. It is time to bite the bullet and get another camera.

Thank you very much, Hwa. I appreciate you knowledge, especially of things Asian. That helps a great deal. It is truly a beautiful, quality piece.

If flash is too bright try puting a piece of thin gauze material over the flash. Even different color ones sometime help diffuse the light. They say light blue for yellow pictures don't know about pink tones. or cellophane colored paper? I tried pale blue netting on indoor light and it sorta worked but think my netting was too light of blue. Just a thought.

Glad someone could help you with the mark.

Thanks again Irked. Would you believe I have tried covering flash with paper and even cardboard. Told you the flash was bright!

Turn the flash off and use natural light. In 8 years selling on Ebay, I have probably only listed 5 or 6 items in which I used flash for the photos. It was always more trouble than it was worth, especially on close ups. It's much easier to get used to natural light.

Thanks, Sparkz. Got so used to holing up in my basement taking pictures because that's where my inventory is kept. Have to rely more on mother nature.
