I know this is dragonware, but is this a small vase with a frog? im stumped need help

The thing in the middle looks like a flower frog, for sure. Neat item.

Yes - that thing in the center is a flower frog.

Maybe it's French. Don't they like to swallow frogs?

Oh, I guess you meant to ask what it might be called? How about a dragonware lotus bowl with flower frog.

I just found this:

Moriage Dragonware Flower Bowl w Flower Frog . Appears to be getting lots of interest but using flower twice in the title is a waste of good search words.

I have heard this style called "blue eyed dragon" but don't know if that in the description would get any more attention.
