I had some spanky purchase a $3000 balance THREE TIMES within 10 minutes because he thought eBay & PP were THE SAME ENTITY & couldn't figure out why eBay kept sending him BACK to PP for payment..."Doah!"
What a mess...but finally got it straightened out & blocked him from bidding -- asked him to take feeBay's short tutorial written by Professor Ralphae de la Daug: "eBay for REPUBLICANS and other BRAIN-DEAD Spankies"
Anyho, PP must have heard our cry in da wilderness, as they added this choice under PAYMENT RECEIVING PREFERENCES:
"Block accidental payments:"
You may prevent accidental payments by blocking duplicate invoice IDs
Yes, block multiple payments per invoice ID
No, allow multiple payments per invoice ID
