I have some china to list, and there is only one piece on eBay to compare. Am I allowed to say in my description that this is the price listed on Replacements for each piece?

Yes, you are.

Let me play devils advocate.
Why would you mention a competitor in your ad? Since there is only one like it on ebay now, you have a corner on the market. By mentioning replacements, you only give your potential buyers another place to find the same item. At the best, you lower your potential ending price by giving it an advertised limit. I wouldn't mention replacements at all to keep your potential final bid higher.

To be honest, I would never expect to get the prices for my china that Replacements is offering. I am hoping that when I put my price, potential buyers will check the Replacements website, and see that I am offering a good price. I am going to break up the set, so I will list one item first and see what interest there is.
