Recently I have had a rash of people buying one of my items multiple times when all they wanted to buy was one.
They would buy my fixed priced item and then go to my store and buy the same item there.
They would then tell me that all they wanted to purchase was one of them.
This is a pain as I have to then go to EBay and Vendio to get my fees refunded.
Has anyone experienced this?
I even had one guy buy the same item 5 times on different dates and then say all he wanted was one of them. I finally wrote him and said to either stop purchasing them or I would have to block him
They do end up paying for the one item.
It's like bringing up 2 gallons of milk to checkout counter at te store and then telling the cashier all you wanted to do was buy one of them.
Really wierd.
