clasic - Actually almost all of the reptiles I have eat mainly vegtables, some also eat bug's. My snakes however do eat full size rabits. My Boa's not big enough to eat a person, yet  Don't let their scarry looks fool you. There all very friendly and mild mannered. Since they are cold bloded most of them are also very lazy. All but the Bearded Dragons though. There some rather hyper little critters but are extremely friendly and are the best lizard for a person to start with. There mild mannered and don't get stressed out like many other reptiles do when handled alot. I had a Chameleon that actually died from stress once. I think the neighbors kid scared it and the poor thing had a heart attack. Last time I let children in the reptile room.

There's just something about all these adorable pets that warms me all over. We don't have a cat or a dog right now, in the mountains as we are, unfenced. They wouldn't last long, with the coyotes and mountain lions around, and we don't want to keep our pets indoors all the time. So I have to get my vicarious thrills wherever I can find them!

McJane, I see your grey cat uses an actual post as a scratching post.My wifes Siamese cat is more sophisticated.........she uses are best furniture.
