Sold an item for $85.00 last night.
My WBN to winner came back - then the winner emailed me asking for a total - I invoiced with ebay and replied directly - both were returned also.
What now - do I have to call them?

This situation drives me absolutely crazy. Especially when they keep e-mailing asking why you haven't responded.
The second a buyer's address bounces, I report it on eBay's "Dead & Invalid E-mail Addresses" page using the following link (click the tiny blue "report" link at the bottom to enter the user's ID): http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/identity-invalid-email.html
Reporting the dead e-mail address to eBay usually does the trick: in most cases, they register a different e-mail account with eBay and/or contact you from another address.

What message was attached to the bounced email when it came back? That will tell you why it won't go through and whether to keep trying or make a phone call.

Give it a day or two. Most bidders know when they have a bad e-mail address. It is likely they will contact you with a different e-mail address.
