Hi I have been using the USPS Shipping Assistant 2.2 to do mailing labels, yesterday I had to update my adobe acrobat reader in order to print some tax forms off the web and now the shipping assistant can no longer display labels I get an error message :
There is a problem trying to use the image display module. Use an external viewer application to view the labels.
I am guessing it needs to be updated for the new adobe reader but I dont have a clue on how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Problem Solved! I called the USPS tech support and learned that the newer Adobe 7.0 reader was not supported by Shipping assistant 2.2 (Althought it was required by the IRS to print forms, apparently one part of the Goverment does not speak to the other!) After uninstalling 7.0 and reinstalling 5.0 the Shipping Assistant 2.2 did function correctly. Only an hour and a half wasted today so far.

Well Duh, now I know why I can't get the USPS site to work lately. Thanks for the Update Postcard man! I updated Adobe a few months ago. I did not connect the 2 because I don't use the USPS site that often.
I havent used it at all for the last 2 months because I was getting errors and did not want to take the time to find out what was wrong.
