I had a bidder or rather a buyer who bought 4 items, and I gave her a discounted shipping. They were store items.

She contacted me, and asked if it was ok if she paid the following Wed, as it was her payday.... that went by, so about the next Sat I contacted her, she says, 'no problem I still want them, but I didn't realize the banks were closed on Good Friday' Then I contacted her yet again, and she finally did respond again, and said she was just leaving for a short vacation, and 'they are so cute, don't worry, I'll pay paypal when I get back'

Finally sent her a total invoice with combined shipping, and the same damn thing, 'OH don't worry! I'll pay, I have Non paying bidders, and need to get them to pay first'

Duh me, so I finally look her up, she is a powerseller, who 'expects payment within 2-3 days and PAYPAL only. And I looked up her bidding history, and she has bid on 411 auctions in the last 30 days

I know, I should just report her as an NPB, but I looked up what FB she gives, and she likes to neg..

I don't want more negs. Just pisses me off that a seller who (as she says!) has NPB's and she is one herself. So, NO, don't want the negs, so I guess I'm going to let this go.

I just had to vent and thank you!

Near, if she is a PS, she is playing you like a flute!! I would file for the fees, maybe just not leave any FB. What can she neg you for?
You've been nothing but nice and patient with her. Is it possible she sells the same items you do on a diff ID? Nobody wants negs, but f/it! file for your fees girl! You will feel better! - Dont be afraid of her!

dbl yeah I am afraid she'll neg, I'll admit , if I file for fvf credits.

But dayum, bidding on all that..

Is she competition? well, she does sell childrens clothing, and I sell childrens shoes and boots. She bought 4 pair of shoes. But when I looked at her bidding and what she won, she won shoes shoes and more shoes for her children I am guessing, I thought the 4 pair were for hers, as they were different characters and different sizes.

I gotta think on this one....(I'm a wuss again here, afraid she will neg if I file)

Gonna hit it, thanks for replying dbl

Why in helz are you worrying about a neg? A neg won't bring in $$$ and the SOB is still owing you. Negs wiil not kill you. Compare your pos to you negs & if you are 97.00% or more, for get it.

Don't just let it go! Not only are you putting more money into eBay's pocket, you are allowing these people to flourish on eBay. Sellers are afraid to neg and afraid to file a UID? That's the reason these people don't take their bids seriously. File for the UID. If she leaves a neg, leave one back. If it were me, I'd neg first. I have two I'm waiting to pop.

Something needs to be done about this powerseller, this is not a time to "just let it go".

Neg her. We can't be intimidated by feedback bullies. It's the right thing to do. Let us know how it turns out.

NTS, I can understand your trepidation. 4 items, 4 negs. But you really should file for your fees. If you just do that, and she negs you, I would neg her right back...four times! Its the NPB that gets em in trouble anyway and I'm sure she knows this. But maybe you will even get paid if she gets the NPB notice and has one or two already?

Have to wonder if she has a childrens thrift store, bourght some stuff and then took a U'ie with it. That seems to be all the rage down here lately, Kids thrifts.

Listen you sell alot, if she does neg you, just reply with the stated facts. People can see what happened there, and those will be buried in no time anyway. You've got enough to worry about without idiots bothering ya.

FILE FOR YOUR FEES NOW. DO YOUR NPB AND YOUR FVF. SO WHAT IF THIS PERSON IS A POWERSELLER. SO WHAT IF THEY GIVE YOU A NEG. BY NOT FILING FOR YOUR FVF's, IT DOESN'T ONLY EFFECT YOU, BUT EFFECTS THE REST OF US AS WELL. IT WILL ALLOW THIS LOSER TO CONTINUE SCREWING OTHERS IF THE FVF ISN'T FILED.

DO IT NOW. DO IT OFTEN.

I FEEL LIKE JACK NOW. I THINK I WILL GO TO BURGER KING.

Thanks everyone, I know I should file, and I am now seriously thinking about doing it.

dbl, no, not thrift store clothes (if thats what you meant) custom made childrens clothing.

I have done ok with the store. The shoes sell well, and boots too.

And here we go again (maybe) had 2 people use the BIN in the store and buying 3 or more pair at a time.... and I don't hear anything. Usually, I get paid the next day or within 2 days, I 'let' ebay send the automatic WBN. I used to do it myself, but since most pay PayPal these days, they do it. I only invoice, when I have 'problem' buyers' like the one above, and now a couple more recently.

I was surprised to have a few 0 or low feedback buyers pay right away with PayPal, but I think that some people use a different ID for buying, not all, but some.

I will be filing on this person very soon, yes, you've all convinced me.

I do have to say, that I have 3 negs, and that is in almost 8 years come this June. I guess that is what I am afraid of.

Having a low number of negs will not get you a ticket to heaven! For heavens sake - FILE FOR FEES and then see what happens..I'll bet she pays up before the NPB...don't give FB yet.

Near, no, I meant maybe SHE has a b&M kids store? Since you said she was buying up a storm? Sometimes they put new stuff in em too. I think I just thought that though, because I've noticed a few new ones just opened up down here. (Kids clothes etc. seems very lucrative and with a good turn over, especially the thrift type stores.) It was probably a stretch to think that of this buyer, though
