How can a seller still be allowed to sell on eBay when he has 113 Neutral and 106 Negative feedback, just in the last 6 months. Don't know if I can put his name here, but I do have a record of it.
Two more things, I received a neutral FB from a seller because I hadn't left him any FB by a date he set. My FB rating is 2056, but I have left over twice that, but the buyers were just too lazy to respond.
Second thing is just something to ponder. I recently saw where a buyer left negative FB for a seller 2 days after the auction closed. He said he hadn't heard from the seller. Don't we have 7 or 10 days to send any notification? Thank god Vendio takes care of that for us.

If he had 23 positives and 106 negatives in 6 months, that is a problem, but it all depends as classicrock says on the percentages, how many positives they have.

handyjack,
Hey, you can still leave that seller suitable feedback to your neutral, as long as the auction is still in the ebay database (between 90 and 180 days).
Sellers don't get kicked off ebay unless enough "Item Not Received" reports are made. Feedback is independent of that, and as others have also mentioned -percentages matter!

You can have as many negatives as your heart desires as long as the number of unique negatives does not exceed the number of unique positives by more than 3. In other words... suspension due to feedback rating only occurs when you overall rating hits -4.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?
