how does this work? and.... Does ebay ask for a fee?

You fill out a quick ebay form, the request is sent to the other party and if they agree, feedback is removed. It costs nothing.

I end up using it with my UK customers who get impatient and leave a neg a week after end of auction - inevitably they get the order the day after they leave the neg.
