I've been looking around for a good action or tutorial for those little Mac-style gel buttons. This is the best one so far:

Twin - they are a default that comes with Dreamweaver and which allow customization within the program itself if you can get you hands on that program. Many of the file sharing networks also have plug-in bundles of hundreds of other interesting button flash style buttons.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

Some people have nothing better to do. LOL. It took a couple of tries to get it looking semi-decent. There are some shareware programs but $50 just to make buttons?! I notice Paypal's got one on their main page now too. Tres chic.
