I sell movie memorabilia. I have a buyer who bought a semi-expensive item ($100+) recently. I got an email from him this morning stating he does not know how this item got on his ITEMS WON list as he did not bid on it.
I looked at the items he recently purchased and found a whole bunch of items that he bid on from the same exact movie.
Apparently, this guy is not telling the truth; i believe he bid on it with good intentions but, for whatever reason, changed his mind. Since changing your mind is against ebay rules he is, I believe, making up a story.

Run him through the FVF process.
Put a strike against him.
Next time he'll change his mind before he bids not after.
Don't forget to put him on your BBL.
