I started using Vendio in order to help me stay in contact with past customers. I switched all of my post-auction activities to Vendio and my first WBN email copy I received showed as an alert that it was not an official Ebay site and to not give out personal info (I use the Ebay Toolbar). Has anyone else had this problem? How do you deal with customers who wouldn't trust typing in info on an outside Ebay site? I don't want to cause problems with my customers.
