Man am I ticked! I know there was an earlier thread about buyers leaving postive FB with negative comments. I just got one....#@$*(^%

Buyer states: "wish it had been boxed vs bagged. very slight shipping damage"

SAY WHAT??I never have had ANY shipping damage in about 15,000 transactions! What the heck does she mean "bagged"??? I don't "bag" my postcards! They are sent in rigid plastic postcard sleeves. I emailed buyer since this was the first I heard of damage but so far haven't received a reply!

I checked her feedback and she has left the same or similar comments in one out of 5 transactions lately! !*^*+#%YYFJO!!!!!

PS: I offered to refund if she returned the card to me as is my stated policy.

Hi Neglus,
Sorry to hear that but I am sure that you will be more than happy to neg her politely. I know that I did it recently and it sure made me feel much, much better plus a glass of two buck chuck helped the anger subside nicely.

Neutral: It wasn't a bag. It was a condom. Dip-stick.

Talk about over-reaction. This so called negative positive will be buried under all of the other positives in no time to the point where no one is going to read it. Unless you respond to it, which would be the worst thing you could do. Let it go. This too shall pass.

I don't like negative positives either, but I won't give a neg or neutral because of them. I am just glad they gave me a positive! I miss most of them though as I get a few pages of feedback a day, so they are quickly burried.

I already gave her positive FB. I am not really so pissed as puzzled what the heck she is talking about??? NO ONE ships individual postcards in boxes (unless they are the $100+ variety and I do put those in a priority cassette sized box so I can insure) or bags...and she never responded to my email offer to refund if the card was damaged. I am just wondering if she has an "automatic feedback giver" that leaves that comment every once in awhile? Is there such a thing for buyers? oh well..it's buried now
