Your constant harping about not knowing where bidders are located has been partially addressed. If you enter the name of a bidder in seller's search, it will return an exact match and a list of near matches. It will show the state they are in. The bidder doesn't have to be a seller. He can be a zero feedback newby. If you enter his user name in seller search, you can find his state. It won't work in buyer search, only seller search. I just discovered that the high bidder on one of my auctions is in Maine.

I ran across one that had a very unique Ebay user i.d. and there were no close matches, so it took me straight to the page showing his listings. I re - entered his I.D. in seller search and put the number 1 at the end of it. It took me to the page that lists near misses. It showed as "no exact match" but it gave me a list of near matches. All that was in the list was his correct I.D along with his state. So if you ever encounter a really unique i.d., enter it slightly incorrect and it will show up as a "near match" instead with the info you want.

Okay sparksz the detective or anyone can you locate a seller for me. It is ISold it with wi after it. The advertisement says ISold it on eBay. I think it is a new franchise business. Search in the yahoo search I sold it and it will show you their web page but I just want wisconsin listings alone.

This is what the user ID looks like
ISold itwi304 but that isn't a real user ID just an example.

thanks

Yes neglus but each store has their own user ID and that is what I was trying to find.
I did see a california one. Can't remember the exact number but it was Isolditca304
I think the one that shows up is the main store but each I sold it has their own user ID. I am just nosey as about 2 years ago my daughter and I had an opportunity to rent a great space for very little money and of course we passed it up but If I would have know about them at that time I might have looked into it. I would love to have my computer only available 8 hours a day instead of 24 then maybe I would get something done. If you know what I mean.
Thanks
