For those more Paypal savvy than I...a question. If you wait for an e-check to clear on Paypal.....is there still a possibility of a chargeback? What about shipping to an unconfirmed address under these circimstances? Once an e-check clears through Paypal, is it then as safe a payment as receiving a BidPay money order?

Ye be talking TWO separate issues:
True, they cannot do a CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK on you -- but that is separate from a COMPLAINT UNDER BUYER'S PROTECTION POLICY, which can be initiated regardless of funding method buyer employed...
For all PayPal transactions, the best rule remains Ralphie's Rule:
"Donna accept PayPal for any amount yer not willing to EAT"
BidPay is FAR safer for the seller, because BidPay takes the onus off the seller, unlike PayPal -- and, unfortunately, I feel that PayPal is gradually moving in a BillPoint direction, ever since being bought by feeBay:
Remember BillPoint's"Seller's Proctology Policy?" Basically, they said if any buyer sneezed for ANY reason, YOU LOSE!

Have them mail a check direct to your bank branch, or pop into a local branch of your bank and deposit a check (or even better cash)... works in most civilized countries and no chargeback risk
Buyer still can file fraud charges but via police NOT PayPal with onus of proof on them, NOT you to provide legally acceptable proof of non delivery.
