Went into my preferences today and found 3 new options. So now there are 6 option for blocking bidders.
I guess I missed the announcement, thought I'd mention it here incase someone else missed it, too.
Now sellers can block bidders with 5 or less feedback. You set the number between 1 and 5.
Also can now block bidders who have bid on or won multiple auctions within the last 10 days. You set the number of auctions anywhere between 1 and 100. I guess this is to stop auction interference.
They've also added an option to block buyers who don't have a paypal account.

Interesting. Not sure I want to block bidders with 5 or less feedback. Some of my best buyers have been in that category. However, if I were selling very high-end items, I might consider it.

Now that is a new low for ebay. Blocking decent bidders because they choose not to use PayPal. No wonder bidders are leaving ebay for brick and mortar stores.

Well Stone some sellers don't take anything but paypal so that makes sense for them. So anyone who does not ship international should be able to block anyone other than USA too - under this new system.
Of course as ebay owes paypal - this really benefits them.
