Could someone tell me if this sounds right to you.

Every week I pay my Ebay bill with Pay Pal (balance) since I have been doing that, I have had no problems.

Last month was a very poor sales month for me so I decided to pay the bill in full when it was due.

$197 was due and the day Ebay went to take it out, they tried to take out $197 plus and extra $130. I didn't have that much in my account so it was denied.

I went manually and paid the $197. I couldn't figure out why they were trying to take an additional $130. Turns out they were trying to take out the new fees that had been generated since last invoice. They tried the other day to take out the additonal $130 and it was denined again. However I had over $600 in my account now and the payment was still denied.

I do not understand this. Has this happened to you?

I used to manually pay my fees using PP,but not any more! I got tired of them double billing me.

My invoice cycle ends at the end of the month and they withdraw payment on the 15th.

In the past, I would sometimes pay my balance with Paypal sometime in between the 1st and the 15th. For the last 5 months, every time I did that, they billed my credit card on the 15th anyway.

I think they are trying to inflate their revenue figures but it has to catch up with them sooner or later.
