Anyone else having their listings stuck in pending. I know that Ebay's 5 cent listing may have something to do with it, but how long should one wait?

Mine have been pending for 35 minutes. Probably pretty busy at feebay.

Mine are taking forever also. I think I may have double posted too because they showed up as errors first so I did them again and no listings showing up so I did them one more time. Now I have one in active status. Waiting for the rest to see if I did double post them.

Same here. I scheduled my last listing to launch at 6:30 and still had a 45 minute delay. I learned on my first free listing day to never list anything to launch between 7 and 8 P.M. Everyone wants that slot and neither Vendio or Ebay can keep up with the volume.

Better hope they don't launch tomorrow. If they do, you'll be charged regular listing fees. It's been known to happen...

G'morning everybody ...
Does anyone have link to that website that shows the graph of how many active listings are on ebay? ... (I can't find the link ... I need to Spring Clean my too-many-bookmarks)
I figure that chart will show how many auction listings where still "stuck" at midnight, and didn't launch till 12:0___am

I kept getting error messages and decided that it just wasn't worth it to list. So I "unlaunched" all of my auctions. I guess I missed one as an auction that was scheduled for 8:30PM launched at 10:10pm.
Ebay was very slow after 5pm (Calif time) so they must have had a heck of alot of auctions launched. At least the site didn't crash like it would have in the old days...

When will you all learn. This happens every FLD or near FLD. I posted directly on ebay as well with no problems at all. One trick I began using the last reduced listing day back in December was to pre-list many of my auctions utilizing the scheduled time. Then revising them to start during the special listing day to save the scheduled listing fee. Revising goes reasonably quick and even if you don't get to it, they will still launch later in the day but you do get charged the scheduled listing fee.

I totally agree with Milhous-the-Used-Car-Salesman:
NEVER have had any problems on jumbo listing days by launching DIRECT from feeBay...

According to the chart, it looks like quite a few people will get hit with standard listing fees for launching late.
