It's a VERY common ebay bidding/buying error and has been reported here several times. That is part of selling with multiple items and a BIN price, the seller can get his fees back from ebay on the honest error.
i was surprised to quickly get a reply: "We have talked with him and there is no problem. He said he would let ebay know we mutually agreed to cancel the one order and he would refund any funds they send him.
