Hi. Does anyone here know firsthand how ebay words the NPB alert sent to bidders in the case where BOTH parties decide to not complete the transaction? For example, the standard wording of an NPB (and I've had to file hundreds of them) says "Your seller, EBAY SELLER ID HERE, has informed eBay that your payment hasn't been received yet."
The reason I'm asking is that I do not want this bidder to think that I'm using the reason on the NPB form "high bidder didn't send payment", but the standard ebay wording "your payment hasn't been received yet" would make anyone think that they were being turned in for non-payment, rather than for the true reason of me needing to re-coup my ebay fees. Usually ebay uses the same exact NPB wording to bidders no matter what the reason for the non-payment. But this is the very first time I've had to file an NPB to get the FVF/final value fees back due to "mutual agreement" not to complete the transaction. So I'm not sure of how the email ebay will send my bidder is going to read, even if I chose the "mutal agreement" selection when filing the NPB. And to my knowledge, I'd still need to file an NPB just to get the credit.
Any tips would be appreciated, and thank you in advance for any firsthand knowledge you may have.

i have done a few of these...I am not sure about the actual wording but it says to the effect "that the seller has notified them that you have mutually agreed to not finalize the transaction. if this is not the case please respond with the facts about this sale"
I have never heard anymore after doing the NPB and getting my fees back.
Actually I sent one this morning, here is the email your bidder will receive:
Dear ……:
Congratulations on your recent winning bid for #.......... Your seller, …….., has contacted eBay for their auction credit and let us know that you've both decided to forgo the transaction.
If this is correct, do nothing and enjoy your time on eBay. However, if this is not correct (you have purchased or intended to purchase this item), please tell us by writing to [email protected] and include "Not Correct" in the subject line of your email.
