Don't ya just love it when sellers put messages in their TOS and never abide by them.

Please do not bid on my items if you have more than 3 negative feedback in the last 6 mos due to non-payment or have a negative feedback rating. Seller reserves the right to cancel auction and/or bids at their discretion. Thank you and good luck.

The reason you catch them is because eBay is just a venue and they don't care. (well they probably do) They need someone just for surfing the discussion boards and they could find everything out about ebay which probably they don't want to hear.

"I ship via USPS media mail which can take anywhere from 3 to 14 days prior to receiving the item" this should red flag anyone who cares. This came from his auction for a Playstation. I don't think the USPS would consider this legal. What some people are willing to do for a buck.....

Uh-oh!

I uh see what you mean about what he bought.
Here's just two of quite a number of similarly disturbing purchases. He did buy a box of 100 bubble mailers twice, more than he'd need for the amount he's sold, presumably to mail something out. He must have gotten busy instead with what the voices told him to do... (Glad I'm not a buyer!) EEK!

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO NARU SOMEONE ANYWAY!????? SHEESH...I think eBay had better take some responsibility in this if they don't pull the plug on his auctions...these are more than warning signs!!!!!

Why don't the bidders retract their bids? At least I hope they are reading his feedback so they don't send the money. Is this the otherone in disguise.

Have you looked at the feedback he has left, everyone with "lightening fast payment", its a shame they don't get their items "lightening fast".

It looks like there are a couple of buyers who wised up and didn't pay. If more would read his feedback before sending money and refuse to pay it would prevent them from being victims. The sad part is that if the seller is not NARU, he can file npb on these buyers. That's a loophole that I don't think Ebay intended to create, so the least they could do would be to shut this person down.

Trouble is not many bidders keep checking on a seller's FB after they bid. They won't think of that until they wait & wait for their package & then it's too late.

I don't get it. He has 32 negatives over a period of less than 7 days. How long does it take Ebay to shut this guy down??? Looking at the feedback, it might not be the first time he has done this.

What gets me is that Ebay gives the appearance of condoning this type of conduct by allowing him to continue. You don't even have to go to his feedback profile to smell trouble. Their newest feature, the feedback percentage ratio, is on every one of his auctions. The 59.8% positive feedback ratio should be enough to raise a few red flags and sound a warning bell or two. Bad pr for Ebay if the media catches wind of this. As if we need something else to make bidders afraid to visit the site and buy from the honest sellers.

He is dropping faster than the stockmarket 34 negs and he is down to 15 Pos I could see if paypal was messing him up but bidders that pay by MO are not even getting items plus not answering emails or phone calls he may be hiding in his closet.

the thing is, if this is a scam...

or just someone that really really sucks at handling their own business...

I read the feedbacks and a few people got their games..

one even negged, then recieved the game.

if you're going to scam people, why bother sending out any products at all?

probably just another person way over their head.

he may have just sent out a few games to start with to get the feedback and confidence levels up then starts the scam makes sense..............

still way to easy to commit fraud and get away with it on ebay

I think a scammer would be more likely to keep the scam on a smaller scale. It would draw less attention to itself and make it easier to get away with. Obviously this has made it past eBay's radar. All this person has to do is get another ID and repeat the process over again. It really is an eye opener on how easy it is to get taken if you aren't careful.

Just checked the feedback again (down to 12) and it appears that they are responding to negs with an excuse about Paypal. I think what has happened is their Paypal account was froze so they aren't shipping anything that was paid via Paypal. Am I correct? Does it appear that way to anyone else? The excuses are pretty flimsy, and even if true, it's still a very poor way to conduct your business.

Thanks Vidpro for the news link

Well now they are giving excuses of trying to match up checks and money orders to auctions that closed in Febuary.Their account was frozen by paypal in the begining because of complaints of long waits for item and that is all that is needed the biggest complaint from the negs is will not respond to e-mails or phone calls I think they got way over their heads not sure if a scam artist will answer all the negs or not plus the seller also told winning bidders that item was shipped 2/16 to 2/21. btw he is now down to 11
