Buyer sends me 4 emails in the last week saying she has not heard from me regarding an auction and the last one she says she'll leave negative feedback if she doesn't hear back from me. I've emailed her from outlook express, from my yahoo account and through ebay. None of them come back to me undeliverable. Someone posted a site once not too long ago where I can send email through and it's more likely not to get spam filtered (which I assume is what is happening). She has an msn account. How else can I email her?

Try pulling her user info. I had one of these last month. No emails got to her from anywhere. Her user info only had a voicemail and nobody got back to me. I gave positive feedback thinking they might see that I needed them to call me. They negged me for non-contact the next day. Good luck.

I have had a couple of cases like this, and both times I contacted eBay and told them what was happening. That way, if the buyer negged me, I might be able to get it reversed. Thankfully, I never did get the negs.

I had that also a couple of weeks ago. MSN has new software connected to their hotmail that really filters out spam email so I don't use that. I did pull the buyers contact information and that is how they knew I was looking for them and they wrote me. Now my ISP has a spam filter it isn't as strong as the rest of them so my eBay email comes through. I get other junk also but I just delete it. If I don't hear from some buyers and I need to send a second notice I use the function that require a return receipt before they can open it.
