I need help! Suddenly Outlook Express will not open/launch. I dwonloaded the free version of Eudora so I would have an email program till I can resolve this problem. The question is - I have tried to import the files/emails/addresses from Outlook and no can do. Anyone use Eudora and run into this?

I don't use Eudora, but if you have a cable modem your cable tech support may be able to walk you through getting Outlook back.
I had this happen a month or so ago and Cox support was great!
In Eudora, go to "Help", next click "Topics", then type in "outlook" in the query box.
Click search and two topics will appear, the one you want is:"Import settings to create a new account"
From there you'll be walked through.
