An easy way is to change your password in Auctiva Showcase so that it is different than your eBay password.

Then if you ever want the Auctiva Showcase back all you have to do is give it your eBay password again.

I tried them once. They messed up all my current auctions with their stupid ads.

The only way I could make it stop was to change my passwords on the various auction sites I use.

Don't forget you'll also have to change the same passwords on auction manager software (Like Auction Watch) for each of those sites as well.

It may or may not be simple, but it's the only way to guarantee they stop posting their crap.

Just go into Auction Management (or something like that) and delete your eBay account info.

I found this under my old account. Your account never really gets closed but you can prevent them from screwing with your future auctions...

Hi,

You can just log into Auctiva.com and change your email preferences so that you will not receive notices.

If you have a showcase just click the remove for the merchant account also, found here

http://www.auctiva.com/myaccount/editmktaccts.asp

We do not just turn off an account for someone due to a request as we can‘t verify who is who. For your personal protection we must let you do these things.
So do those two things and you never will see mail nor have items in your
old showcase.

Note!
To get the current logo out of the auction you will have to revise each listing and remove the html at the bottom of the description.
There is no other way except to just let the auction end. Once it‘s over it‘s ‘gone‘ but if you keep relisting that item the link will have to be manually removed.
It will not append to new auctions if you do the first things I mentioned here!

Thanks,
Auctiva Support
