dont know if many of you remember the moron who did a BIN on one of my auction, he was a newbie with a 2 feedback, then kept claiming all he did was look at the auction, and somehow miraculously the computer did a BIN so he was trying to contact ebay for tech. support (of course after some detective work, learned he won another one cheaper) so I took all your advice and went ahead and filed NPB and FVF?
Well i gotten ANOTHER one, but this time te guy has 130 plus feedback, he does a BIN and I get this email,,,,,

yes, and while looking at movies someone was using his computer and bid on your auction. That will happen if you have children. I am glad things like this happen to others. I would tell him a bid is a bid and he had better check and see who bid it.

stopwhining, probably, that was the case with the last guy. well I sent this joker the same email I gave the last fellw, about how the only way i can get back my fee is filing NPB and FVf and this is what he said...

what difference in the email? Again, whats shocking is he has 130 plus, and don't understand how buy it now works?
On a similar note, is it me, or all the deadbeats in the last 6 weeks are mostly bidders with high numbers and no negatives? Newbies are actually paying, while the 10 FVf I filed, 8 was deom buyers with over 40 positives!
