Being a single dad of a diabetic boy, last thing I need is ANOTHER scam artist from half.com taking money away from my account! Not one, BUT TWO this time! I swear, if I report all the scamming i alone gotten, HARD COPY would love to hear about it! I have now LOST OVER 300.00 dollars at this place from fraudelent buyers! So i never made money at this dump!
Yes, I told everyone I quit half.com 3 weeks ago, and I did, BUT a transaction from 7 weeks ago came back to me! i sold a buyer 2 video games totalling 98.00! i been scammed so many times, that on high end stuff, I paid not only a Dc, BUT insurance and REGISTERED mail! Well i gotten proof via registered and Dc tracking, BUT 5 weeks later, they file wih half.com that they DIDN'T recieve it! i told half.com (since Dc ONLY didn't count with them in the past) I emailed them telling that not only does the Dc tracking number shows it was delivered, BUT registered mail proved it was indeed delivered.
Well, just like daleeric, there is no justice for sellers! half.com took that money away from me! They emailed me a canned letter saying thank you for providing a Dc tracking as well as registered, but since the buyer did a charge back, they have no choice but to remove the fee away from my paycheck! Oh, but since i had proof of Dc and registered, they woun't deduct the shipping fee (ugh!)!
Oh this one is even better. It involves postral fraud and half.com is committing it. Since I got burned on games, I also put a insurance on them if over 25 dollars. The buyer 3 weeks after mailing, contacted me saying no package. So this time I was prepared, I kept their address, so i mailed them a postral insurance form, telling them to sign section 13 on the 30th day of the day item was mailed (even though Dc proved they gotten the goods) . I never heard back from them so I assume they have recieved their money back from the USPS!Well Last week, guess what, they did a charge back saying they never got the item! OF COURSE I told half.com i put DC, insurance the whole works, and TAKE A GUESS, another canned email, saying we have no choice but to refund the buyer, item price will be deducted from your account, but since you had proof of Dc we wount deduct shipping fee! This buyer gotten the money back TWICE! This is FRAUD against the US postral service! This is a FEDERAL offence!
Seriously, someone should do a investigation on this place! When I sell video games in ebays, either I dont get payment, or i get payment right away, NEVER EVER had this huge amount of lost package like I had in half.com! I had sold successfully over 45 video games in ebays, no complaint, few kids try to pul; a fast one, buut they never follow up when I mention they have to sign section 13 on insurance form.
but at half.com, i sold 23, and 10 complained about lost or refused, or opened up a new game, claimed I sold it to them used, when THEY opened it, WHY DOESN'T HALF.COM rep for ONCE visit this board and give US the sellers rhe reason WHY they believe bogus buyers over honest sellers? WHY? I never made money at that place, I LOST over 300.00 over there!
I am so glad I am selling 100% now at ebays, but always in fear i will get another fraudelent email from buyers at half.com from the past.

THIS APPEARS TO BE MORE OF A POSTAL FRAUD AS OPPOSED TO HALF.COM FRAUD HOWEVER THEY SHOULD AT LEAST CHECK THE ISSUE OUT PRIOR TO TAKING THE MONEY BACK FROM YOU.
