I have looked all over Paypals site but can not find a number for customer service. I have seen others on the board talking about how they have talkied to someone at Paypal and this is what I need to do.
I resigned up for Paypal but my checking account info is still linked to my old Paypal account that I cancelled 2 years ago. I no longer have or remember the email address that I was using for that account. I would like to be able to set up my new Paypal account with my bank info.
If anyone knows a phone # for Customer Service. I would appreciate it.

mrhaneys this may have changed and I have not heard about it but personal accounts are not elegable for phone in cs. You must use e-mail.
Now that you have the number hopefully someone will help you. I assume you have a personal account and that is why you can not find it. It is not available.

Thanks all for the info -
Once again I will discontinue to use Paypal. After getting in touch with the customer service folks, I was told that even though I can verify all info on the account except for the email address that is connected to this account that they can not help me and that the only way to connect my checking account to my new paypal account is to open a new checking account.
So much for paypal yet again.
Paypaldamon if you read this, don't even bother offering help. I hate Paypal and only was going to use it for my buyers that insist on using it. To much hassle and money wasted.
I have a similar, equally idiotic matter (Kafkaesque?) with Paypal.
I had a problem purchase on eBay, and finally after much hoop jumping was able to get a refund ($300) from the nasty seller. Trouble is...she sent me the payment via Paypal, but listed my alternate email address with them.
I already have a Paypal account that's listed under my primary email address. I thought it would be a simple matter to switch over the $300 to my existing account...everything else being the same about me but the email address. HA! I couldn't gain access to the money. Out of frustration I decided to open a 2nd Paypal account (it just so happens I also have a 2nd bank account)and after all the hassle of doing this, there was yet another glitch. I threw my hands up.
In the meantime I have a mailbox filled:
Paypal - "Verify, verify!!! Confirm!!"
Nasty Seller - "Claim Your Payment!!!"
