Have not kept up with this sort of stuff so please explain. What does it mean when window pops up stating that e-mail cannot be sent unless one acquires digital ID? Does everyone have this and if not how can it be acquired? Or is it advisable?

Does no one know the answer to this? Perhaps I am not as computer illiterate as I thought. Could it be something to do with blocked mail to everyone except selected individuals?

Kiara - Thanks a lot. That explains why the NPB alert I filed with e-Bay and the copy they sent me stated that this was a translation of the message they sent but I do not understand why would someone register and bid and win auctions if the seller had to have a digital ID to e-mail them. Not everyone uses checkout.
