Want/need something to manage auctions. Track auctions, sellers, payments, shipping, etc and all the daily details involved in maintaining several auctions at once. Recommendations?

You know!: I'll never figure out why, people come to the AW board's looking for a service to take care of their auction's. When in fact they are standing in the middle of the best Auction Manager right here at AW!!

I used AW for a long time BEFORE they starting charging fees. I loved AW's web based service but it's just not cost effective now. So I bought Shooting Star for a one time fee. Check out http://www.foodogsoftware.com

The best post-sale management tool available is Shooting Star by Foo Dog Software! The previous reply posted the link. This program puts alll others to shame. It handles it all from emails to posting feedback.

Also agree this is a good forum. BUT I use Channel Advisor. I get the same full range of services offered by AW for a FLAT $12.00 per month and NO final value fee. Going rate there now is $180.00 per year or $19.95 per month. No problems and they didn't crash during free listing day.
