I need to have e bay check my auction theres no bid button. Customers says they wanted to bid but the bid button wasnt there!!!!!!
Anyone ever had this experience before, geez and when you need a bid the most!!!!!!

That's one I've never seen.

As for getting a quick response from eBay, good luck. Even [email protected] takes 18 to 24 hours at least

You can get a really quick response from ebay by posting an auction belonging to a vero member.

Try running a record ad that has "PROMO" in the title--that will get a quick response! [email protected] is probably your best move though.

Did you check the box for a bidding button when you listed the auction????

I think that's a $2.00 option now......

(of course that charge will be refunded if you list under A4A.....)

I'd check the tags in your auction - chances are you didn't close something and in certain browsers (Netscape is more sensitive to it than IE) if you don't get everything closed, the page just freezes and never loads the bottom bit with the bid button.

Just a thought.
