Weekend of the 9th the numbers looked to be heading for a record holiday season ramp up at 6.1 million listings. Recovered after the 11th drop to 5 million to 5.8 million and now heading back down.

Can you tell us what the spike in the action was in late June, '01?

I've been away since last December...and have NO idea what was going on during the summer months.

Check the charts again. Looks like it is following the usual pattern and climbing steadily back to pre-disaster numbers.
