I have tried for 2 days now to revise my starting bids on 3 of my auctions. I can't. When I relisted them it didn't change like I put in and I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

I had a similar problem. I tried to revise a listing to add my region, and I revised the auction over and over again with no effect. Is that what's happening to you?
In my case, the region would show up on the revision confirmation screen each time but not in the listing itself. I finally had to just end the auction and start fresh with a new one. I requested a refund of my insertion fee from eBay and it was granted.

You are probably not going to be able to do anything. If the amount is dramatically different and might affect your sale, you can end the auction early and start over. eBay billing might give an insertion credit if you ask nicely.
